And they are now spiral-bound on top, vice being held together with "blue brain clips" on the left side.

The old one was far superior in the 60B cockpit.

I think I like it for the T-45, but I am not that far into the syllabus here.

Our community still uses blue-brain clips.

I wore full gloves in Primary of course they were so broken in, I barely noticed them. In Advanced I started cutting 2...then all of my fingertips off because I got tired of finger f'ing approach plates when the "well, were diverting someplace you didn't make a copy of" law would come into play. If anything catches fire in my cockpit, I'm getting the f out so I should only fry for a second or two! One of my instructors who will remain nameless punched out of a bird that will remain nameless. He had his sleeves rolled up and no gloves on, he walked away perfectly fine and said the NACES seat is like a lazy boy going out the top. It "was" a controlled ejection though.

Apologies if this is a repeat, but for you young 'uns and unwashed masses, it is a good look at life on the roof (even if it does revolve around the drumstick!)

PS The next person that makes a comment about gloves is ghey.

When the music first started I'd be watching a Prowler vid to Gn'R's "Dust n' Bones."

Oh well, can't win 'em all.
