Is it on Saturday or Sunday. Also, is it during your physical. I only ask because I don't want to drink to much water before my weigh in because I'm borderline, but I want to be hydrated for the PRT. Can you clarify? Thanks.
You better just lose some more weight now because a lot of things I've read say there is forced hydration. So go ahead and lose a few more before you get there so you aren't borderline and then you dont have to worry about it anymore.
