Not going to be all that different really - no FLM in R's so that might be better.

Yeah I figured everybody would laugh at that question. That's why I wanted to compare HSL vs. HSM and not HSL/HSM vs HS/HSC.

Wasn't sure if HSM was going to be more uptight (if that's the right way to put it) when compared to HSL.

HSM = HSL. Believe it.

HSL=HSM same people, same mission, heavier aircraft. Almost no one from HS is going HSM. (Ive heard of 2 in 3 years) So theres not even gonna be fresh blood trying to change it.

It's not the gear, it's the people. As more people join the airwing, perhaps HSM (as a whole, remember it's not everyone w/in the community) will mellow a bit. For now, it's just so new, I don't think anyone can really say, and there's only a couple of HSL squadrons that have joined the airwing so far.
