Does anybody know how many winged naval aviators there have been? How many jet, helo, props? # of Navy and Marine Corps. I am standing watch and I'm really bored.
That was a very interesting read. :sleep_125airgreg said:So I Googled and found this:
http://www.history.navy.mil/avh-1910/APP01.PDF
Go to page 14 of the PDF. At the bottom it says 153,037 through 1995. The text says that the number includes all people designated as naval aviators (USN, USMC, USCG, and foreigners).

I know i was busting my ass to get a commission.
