How much different is the flight physical to MEPS?

I just came back from MEPS and passed. I needed a few waivers (retained hardware for example) which were easily attained. My question is, once i get to OCS and get my flight physical, how much different is it? I keep hearing its more in depth but how? Do they go through the same medical history that the MEPS docs look at?
