iPod is totally worth it

That's because you're unlikely to get hit by an F-150 while spacing out on the track.

Unless, of course, the prt isn't run on a track but on a coned/marked off road.

As for music, I like Yellowcard and the Killers, both have some pretty fast beats and catchy tunes.

I like to start my runs with You're the Inspiration and Will You Still Love Me?, by Chicago followed by Feel Like Making Love by Bad Company, and then even a little Danger Zone, by Kenny Loggins

Can't go wrong on the Highway to the Danger Zone. :D

For some reason y'all gave me this bad visual of ya'll working out like the ole 80's movie "flashdance" and ya'll running in tight full body spandex, some legwarmers, and a sweatband around your head. For the love of God, please tell me ya'll aren't running the treadmills like this (atleast not in public!!!) :D

Back to an earlier post - if you're using a Mac and want to rip DVDs, look into HandBrake.

Can't speak for Steve, but I'm not sure I could ever pull that off. :D Moonlighting as an aerobics instructor from 1987... I'm sure it'd attract the ladies like nothing else.

MP3 files are still MP3 files regardless of where they are. Maybe a 2 GB jump drive?
