The service member must report to the Quarterdeck no later than 0730 to have their original orders stamped. After having their orders stamped, the service member must report to the Flight Management Office (Room 129) at 0830. The service member must bring the following items:

• Medical Records
• Dental Records
• Stamped Original Orders
• Latest Fitrep or PIM (If Applicable)
• Travel Claims
