I found some stats from the March 2016 board. I realize every year is different, and even one of the designator names has changed. But according to this, the IP rate was 11%.

The used to give the stats fairly regularly, the numbers were fairly constant for several years before that too with some dips down to about 3%.

There are about 260 from my count... However, that applies to every designator at the IWC Board. At any rate, expect results July 1-5.
Do you have privileged info as an NC or is there is a list I can get via CAC login somewhere?

Nothing special. CNRC is viewable by anyone with a CaC.
