What was your averaged overall GPA?What may kill me is I was a terrible student in 2006 when I started college. My 3.87 was tanked by my 2.2. I addressed it in my statement though, so I hope they look past it.
IWC won't pro rec you for more than 1 designator, if you get a Y for one you are then a N for the others. How did you find out not intel? Or was it because you were selected for IP?
CAPT,
Congratulation on your sailor PO2 Jared L. Randall recent recommendation for OCS selection FEB 2021 SWO-11600 in order to continue with the final processing of this recommendation we are in need of the following:
1. Request Command approval by email on an availability date to transfer and attend OCS for SWO-11600, due to COVID-19 there will be a delay in approving OCS Class dates so be patient, be flexible.
2. PO2 Jared L. Randall, was not recommended for selection on recent IWC March 2021 board for INTEL-18300
I will update IWC board results to BOL Friday 09 APRIL 2021
If there are any questions or concerns please call or email, my contact information is provided below, due to COVID-19, I am teleworking, so email only.
It's around a 3.25What was your averaged overall GPA?
at least you have a few wildcard items to help a bit.
Was SWO your number 1? If so, Intel wouldn't have looked at you since SWO picked you first. Was CC'd in an email to my commanding officer today from Mr. Paul Celestin.
I wasn't picked up for Intel, which is fine because I wanted SWO, but I wanted everyone to know that Intel results should be posted according with this passage:
Intel was my #1 but after submitting and learning a lot more, SWO sounded more appealing. Was SWO your number 1? If so, Intel wouldn't have looked at you since SWO picked you first.
You still got it, though! That ticket to Newport is all that matters!Intel was my #1 but after submitting and learning a lot more, SWO sounded more appealing.
I'm more than happy with how everything played out
Absolutely! You still got it, though! That ticket to Newport is all that matters!
What’s the TIS for O-1 to O-5? 10-12 years?Yeah, there were several from the Nov board that got turned away. @exNavyOffRec has talked in the past about boards wanting those that can be O4 and O5 and many of us with high TIS may not be willing to stick around that long.
Hell, at 33, I’d make O5 at 48 if I got that far. It's 10ish years to get to O4 then 4 to 5 for O5 (that's normal for MC, can't confirm for Navy, but I would guess it's similar)
