They may have some designators done in one day, it also deals with how many quotas they want to fill in one shot, I always go with 2 weeks, that allows for the selections and them to make the list, get it signed and distributed, anything sooner is a bonus!

I've been reading posts on this site for years now and never posted myself until now. I'm finally getting reviewed by the board and dying to hear back. Who has an idea about when and how we hear back about the selections? Mail or just through the recruiter?
I'm a rising senior Mech-E at Lehigh University

I wasn't given a choice. My class chief took me out of line during a briefing and said I had been NPQd. I spent the next three weeks in med hold until I was allowed to go home. So I was able to see a lot that was going on from an outsider perspective. After my flight physical they found something that possibly could have developed into a tumor. I got surgery and now am good to go.

The previous board announced the results the day of the board. That is why we all had our hopes up that the results would be seen yesterday.

Do the results come out all the same time for everyone, or do some people hear before others?

I think the results are sent to the NRDs at the same time. When each person hears back I guess depends on how quickly each NRD relays the information to our recruiters.

Wow, I suppose that's good they caught it when they did, and also good that you're doing better now and are having a chance to reapply. Yeah I've heard med hold is not the best of places to be, I commend you for going through the process again.
All results are released at the same time. Your OR has access to your personal results through the whatever the recruiting , and a list is typically released to one of the senior member's at the NRD.
Yes, your OR will have access to your results through the online system and the entire list is usually released to one of the senior members at the NRD.
Everyone is going to hate me for this post, but I have it on good authority that the board did NOT meet as scheduled yesterday. My source believes that it is just a delay, but will be updating me. I will post updates if I get any.
