July 2013 and/or Rolling Board

My NCC and LT both have confirmed the board met as scheduled and the results should be out anytime within one to two weeks from now.

Your OR will likely call you to let you know. At least mine has told me she will do so. But my OR is boss so ymmv

When I found out, my OR called me and asked if I wanted good news or bad news. I said, well.... lets hear the good news. He says, "You were selected for all three designators!!" Bad news was that my MEPS medical stuff didn't come back yet.

Worst near-heart attack I've ever had in my entire life. Whew.

Honestly, I have not a clue. I was one of the rolling board guys... but I can tell you that I was pro-boarded mid-April, then I found out the first Friday in May.

Best of luck to everyone going through "patience hell" right now lol.

How? The rolling board was only for aviation. There are people still waiting for results from the SWO board.

The waiting's killing us, but we're basically waiting to hear if we are allowed to go through what many consider to be the hardest path to be an officer in ANY branch of the military. Take a moment to ponder the irony of that :). I prefer to think of it as refinery, but I still find it ironic.

If you're referring to Navy OCS, this statement is a bit overdramatic, and a real stretch. Compared to 4 yrs. of Service Academies, Special Forces Os, etc.? C'mon, you gonna spook all your potential OCS classmates!:p:eek:
