Has to Depend on your "available date". My OR (as crazy as this may sound) told us that as soon as we find out we are selected, we may get the next available start date. I had another applicant with me while filing papers and he was optimistic about beginning in August...I don't really think my OR knew what he was talking about. I dealt with NRD more than I did my OR

I agree. It sounded like there were def options to shove off quickly. I told my OR my bags are already packed.

No requesting to my knowledge. You can tell them when you would like to go and see what happens.
But like the man said above you have to get all the other paperwork cleared prior.

Awesome I am applying to the december board which is rumored to be competitive ..... -_- ( just my luck), but the reason I asked is because my fiancé and I getting married next summer. Also the reason I asked about the graduation date was because my recruiter is letting me apply 18 months out ahead of graduation, and I didn't know if I would be able to go before then.

Being that its a pre-rec to have a degree I would imagine you need that final
Transcript before going. Applying in advance because the process takes awhile. I started in Feb...

This was my experience exactly. I was in for the March board, which would have been 14 months out for me. NRD St. Louis let me put the package in, but NRC would not accept it until 12 months. Got world of my PROREC for SNA/SNFO on May 8th, which is almost 12 months to the day from my graduation day.

Do you have to resubmit your SF-86 once you're married?

My OR told me I would hear around the first week in August for me (I really hope sooner). Submitted my package what seems like forever ago and it was reviewed 19 Jul so here is hoping for the best! Good luck everyone who was on that board! I have a really good feeling about this.

In regards to the facebook page, our class DI turned out to be one of the infiltrators. He requested to be part of the group, was let in, and left a few days afterwards. probably trying to get a scope on everybody.
