July 2013 and/or Rolling Board

I too was told the Navy was looking for a higher percentage as well (excited to say the least). When I took the ASTB again, my OR even told me the minimums went down. Either way, its been said once and it'll be said again. Line up and wait.

It is an elusive time when the demands of Big Navy meet the hopes and dreams of a stack of applicants. An Ad hoc board is held with an almost 100% selection rate. It is my understanding that until now, there were monthly rolling boards for aviation this summer with historically high selection rates. The results flew out the door the same day the selection board was held.

Now we're eagerly waiting with our ears, eyes, and harts glued to our inboxes. Hopeful that although the result posting speed has dwindled, the selection rate might not have.

They didnt lower ASTB scores for SNA or NFO it's still 4/5/x (pilot) and 4/x/5 (NFO).

Do results for all three designations come out at the same time?
From what I understand, typically SNA and NFO are released first simultaneously and SWO generally comes a little bit later, however that is by no means a hard and fast rule. Given how long it has taken them thus far to release results I wouldn't be surprised if all three were released at once, but you really never know.

Ah ok. I wish I could have used my first test scores they were a bit higher for pilot. BUT no use in crying over spilt milk. Hopefully the whole picture is good and not just the scores. That goes for all of us! Now with this scuttlebutt of Friday my anxiety has been increased a bit haha

They are all put on the same document and signed because the senior member is the same for that board, the only time (historically) you would not see all 3 designators on one document is if there are no quotas so they pro X all of one designator.

I have not yet begun to fight.
If I applied for SWO and intel would I hear back on the same day, would I hear on different days ,or would I have to wait until all the boards have reviewed my package to hear back?

those are different boards, Pilot/NFO/SWO is one board, IDC is another so if you put SWO as number one then technically if picked up for SWO you application could be pulled from IDC, but often if they are close together they just let it go.
