Can someone explain how the grading scores work? How does one get a 50, or 52 or whatever? I would guess it is a running tally of your performance at flight school, but i would appreciate any credible knowledge on the matter from someone in the know. thanks.

I'd recommend a search for "NSS." It's way more complicated than I can explain in a few sentences, but basically, an average of every single item you're graded on and then factored into a curve. At least that's what the book says. The real answer is PFM.
