If he gave you his personal cell, call it. It's a 24 hour job...just be respectful.

Congrats! That is really great to hear!

So, are you going to party tonight or wait until final select?

I think a few drinks are in order. :D

I'm still waiting to hear something. I called my recruiter on his cell, and he's been on leave all week so he didn't know anything.:( But he said he would stop by the office and check for me tomorrow.:)

He did want to know how I knew the list had already been posted; so I informed him about this wonderful website call Air Warriors.:D

Congrats to everyone who got selected! Hopefully, I'll have some good news to post here tomorrow.

Pigz! Great job my friend! Thanks to everyone on AW - this website has really been a Godsend.

To everyone not selected this time around - never give up on your dream. Make the decision to keep trying until the Navy just tells you to stop applying.

Keep the results coming and good luck to all still waiting.

Congratulations to all! How did you find out so soon? Did your recruiter call you or did you call? I am still awaiting news for myself. Any insight would be great.

Thanks :)

Recruiter called me as soon as he found out. Be patient...I know it's SO hard, I was there last month. Go grab a beer or eight.

Yes. First try was last month. As soon as I found out from my recruiter I drove home to Charlotte and retook th ASTB the next day. It was kinda on the fly and pretty ill-advised in retrospect, I should have studied up, but I came out on top with a 7, 8, 8, 58 (over my previous 6, 7, 6, 52). I guess that's what did it for me.

I had my mind set to keep throwing my application at them though. There was just this moment where I said to myself "self, you're not going to quit until they flat out tell you that you're a no-go."
