So lets say the initial 50 is booked for OCS applicants, will they have another 50 or so for BDCP applicants? Or does my package get reviewed with the top 50 applying for that month and thats it?

Not sure about this one, when I applied my recruiter told me that there were 33 guys up for SNA and only 13 up for SNA BDCP so I only had to worry about beating out 12 other guys
