I know 4 FNAEBees personally (me being one of them).
Nobody lost their wings, but I was the only one to keep flight status. And that was only because of higher ups.
HSL it seemed that if you got FNAEB'd you were done with rare exception.
Have a class A? Even if it's not your fault? Done. It really shocked me in a good way when I saw IPs who made human error Class A's happen were back up and flying in a month or two in the Jet VTs.
The Zero Defect Mentaility seemed a bit stronger in the HSL community than in Jets (from a VT view) and E2/C2 (basing on knowing people who had mishaps and still flew afterwards).
