I'm curious to some stories you might have.
Here's one.
Back when I was a mid and they still held pep rallies, I was the guy who shot the cannon off the roof of Bancroft. One week they asked me if I could set up a rappel point off the top so Fuque could rap off as a kick off for the pep rally.
We set up the points, run through it and do a few rappels. We get it to the point where all he has to do is put his harness on and go. When he shows up, he's super pumped about it, literally high five-ing us, gets his gear on and rap's off the side. He tells us he'd love to do it as a Saturday morning training with our company, which we had told him about as we were planning it in Halsey. As he's leaving he tells us to stop by his office so we can set it up.
Sooo, fast forward a few weeks later. Our company's training officer (who helped with the pep rally rappel) and I go to see if we can talk to him about joining us for the rappeling SMT. We go in his office, and the training officer asks him about it, reminding him of the rappel thing we had done together for the pep rally. Instead, he flips out, gets out of his chair from behind his desk, locks us both up (we're firsties, mind you) and starts berating and actually told us we were f-d up for trying to interfere with his weekend schedules. It's like he didn't even know who we were, and most people don't have a problem remembering me.
From that point, I purposefully tried to avoid anything to do with him. My opinion = bipolar.
