Closest thing is a week long indoc before Freshman year. This varies from unit to unit. Some are more intense than others.
I guess the mindset is that they have 4 years to mold you as opposed to 3 months.

If thats the case why do they send Enlisted?? 7 years of fleet exp should be good?? Right??
But like I said..I want to go..It will make me better. It can help anyone... Even some officers (I.E. 8year LDO's)that never went through it.
