Recruiter said formal list is prospectively coming out later this week. They've already made selections it's just that they need to assign OCS dates.Any updates guys?

Hey y’all. I received results today that I wasn’t accepted. I wanted to let people know so they know to reach out to their recruiters and selfishly to see if anyone is willing to give their thoughts on the selection criteria.
I had a 59 OAR and a 3.9 GPA from a top 10 college in the US. I understand those two metrics aren’t everything, but I thought that would make my application pretty strong. Does anyone know the other key parts of the application they look at or if there are any common reasons applicants aren’t accepted?
Also please let me know if this kind of post is in violation of any thread rules.
