My OR requested I had digital copies sent from the University straight to him and I haven't heard any issues so far. Anyone else do this? Anyone have trouble with this route?
I did the same thing, except I had my transcripts mailed directly to my OR. Haven't had any problemsMy OR requested I had digital copies sent from the University straight to him and I haven't heard any issues so far. Anyone else do this? Anyone have trouble with this route?
I didn't do this as my university doesn't offer official transcripts through that method. They had to be requested as a paper copy. That said, my processor said multiple times that a digital copy would work just fine and offered to take them that way.My OR requested I had digital copies sent from the University straight to him and I haven't heard any issues so far. SNA/SNFO boards will be October 29. Not sure about SWOSpoke to my recruiter today regarding SNFO and SWO boards for October. She told me she thinks boards would be Oct. 9th and results roughly end Oct to Early Nov... Does anyone have more knowledge regarding this information? From Buffalo NY so are dates possibly different in this recruiting region? Any info is greatly appreciated
Why did you apply at NRD Seattle if it's so far away? I'm sure odd circumstances, but just curious.NRD Seattle is about 2,265 driving miles away from where I live 1,450 if I fly. Contact is a tad bit limited in person, knowhattamean?
I applied through NRS Anchorage when they had an OR. He left mid-September but my package was already forwarded to NRD Seattle. NRD Seattle controls all of Alaska. Why did you apply at NRD Seattle if it's so far away? I'm sure odd circumstances, but just curious.

Yep, mine were $7 a pop. Though from what I've heard I got off pretty cheap. It's common as it saves the applicant money on having to have the transcripts mailed and possibly losing them in the mail.
There is another one later in the month, but I completely missed when that was. I just heard it exists.I was told that there would be another SWO Board at the end of October. OR told me that it was the 26th, but that's a Sunday so I am assuming he meant the 27th....
sounds pretty competitive to me. You have solid ASTB scores and good GPA. We all just have to wait and see. It all depends on selection rates! Good luck!Alright guys give it to me straight. I applied for the july board and obviously like most people didnt get selected! My package is as follows :
ASTB: 54/7/7/7
LOR: Retired naval captain, chief district judge, 2 NROTC LTs that were my professors, and a Tomcat Backseater
GPA: University of Wisconsin 3.2-3.3 depending on how my transfer credits weigh in - Science Focused Communication Degree
MEPS: Perfect lasik corrected vision and waiver approved
Age: 21
Statement: Killer Motivational Statement
Im freaking out because I really dont have a plan b and I chose to apply for both SNA and NFO
What do you guys think???
