Officially it is JBCC. As for the locals, it depends where they live. Most people in Sandwich and along the north cape call it Otis while most in Mashpee, Falmouth and along the south cape call it Edwards. All developers would prefer to call it closed so they can build there!Isn't the correct name actually Joint Base Cape Cod?
Locals still call it Otis, however.
