Worked full-time and went to school full-time to support myself throughout college
5 years of supervisory/managerial experience
Interview/Appraisal from 1 Captain (SWO) and 1 Commander (Supply)
Reference from 1 retired Captain (MD), 1 retired Lieutenant Commander (SWO), and 3 other friends and family

1st choice: Supply
2nd choice: SWO


What are my chances guys??? is it super competitive right now?

you are prior service, that ads an variable that jakejake doesn't have.

Any GPA above a 3.3 is considered competitive for supply. Additionally any technical or business related majors are a plus. While not required interviews definitely help your package.

Agreed but the other member has a higher GPA, OAR score, and appraisals. I'll say he's competitive.

I like the 5 years of supervisory/management experience, that can vary or be subjective but I had a person with a low GPA that had experience like that, and LOR's from supervisors quantifying the sup/mgt experience, the result was a pro Y!

You have no need to worry, not being a prior is of little significance. The only problem is there could be an unusually small number of openings on a given board. Out of your control, so don't worry!
