My recruiter told me he doesn't expect me to hear anything until September.

People from the board before ours started getting final select letters about two months after the board and classing up about two months after that. My command OCS coordinator emailed the OCS guys about my date; said there was nothing concrete, but looks like an August-October class date. That seems pretty standard. I will probably be one of the first because I am active duty and old. Would not be surprised if we started getting final select letters mid-June.

Just for some perspective, I got my Pro-Y at the December board and I still don't have a FinSel.

So the term purgatory is very appropriate. No way out but to wait and hope people are praying for you.

It's purgatory for sure. Just trying to stay satisfied with my current situation and focusing on preparing for the day OCS finally comes. One thing that's good though is this wait has definitely solidified that this is what I want to do. If it'd gone faster I might have been nervous about taking this step but I can't wait to start my career now.

You're telling me! I've been working overtime and doing the most with my days to keep the time flying. I'm hoping I get a good 2 months in advance on a date so I can plan some vacation time with my wife before heading off to OCS

So I just saw this thread. Totally didn't realize it was here. Knowing a class date would be nice. My recruiter told me he's waiting on dates for myself and three others although I think some of those might be SNA/NFO.

My recruiter texted me the other day that he's been hearing that it could happen mid-July. If that's true, and if the trend of two months prior to OCS stands true, we're looking at the 11 September board at the earliest.
I wouldn't expect anything to come for at least another month or so. . . I am currently in the service, different branch, but cleared to deploy and have everything necessary on the security side of the house. So I am just assuming they haven't gotten to April SWOs yet... Maybe I am wrong, but otherwise I have no idea what the holdup could be...
