Are they going to make getting shit faced at happy hour then driving home mandatory? Just like the good old political incorrect days?
Or, knowing them, simply disregard it.
It would be hard for them to do so, especially with likely pushback from Congress. Most of the administration's proposed changes to civil service retirement and benefits died earlier this year because of opposition from almost all Democrats in Congress in addition to several Republicans as well, I imagine the same folks would push back hard against any suggestion that folks don't get paid simply because Congress can't pass a budget on time.
