The honest answer as far as I can tell is that Trump is reviving the nuclear cruiser and just calling it a battleship, because Trump needs to maintain his WWF kayfaybe.
How much driving do you do? Before the Iran war, my fuel budget was $300 month for local driving on three vehicles. Now it's closer to $450, so yeah, this would move the needle for me for at least a month. Especially if I were on enlisted pay.
