for Marine SNA's you have to graduate OCS, have a bachelor's degree, graduate from TBS. then you have to begin flight school, API, Primary, Intermediate, then the RAG. i dont know if you are talking about physical nature either but if you are check under the USMC categories and you should find plenty of info
 
TBS is The Basic School. its a 6 month course for Marine Officers that teaches infantry, swim quals, rifle quals, and a lot other cool stuff. Marines Officer Candidates train at Quantico for OCS and TBS, then if you are a flight contract you go to P'Cola with the Navy's SNAs.

Do enlisted personnel selected to attend OCS still has to attend TBS? It all sounds great to learn the arts of war then apply it in the cockpit. It would be alot of fun.

How do the Marines call their students who have flight contracts, SNA?
 
TBS = Aviation Appreciation.
