Since we've been throwing theories out there, they could be waiting to see how the mid-term elections turn out. A shift in control of Congress could result in a potential change in defense budget allocation and, therefore, an increase or reduction in personnel strength. Unlikely, but just thought I would throw it out there.
I spent ALL morning setting up Strobes, Fog Machines, Scary Music, Motion Detecting Buzzards, and other Props to scare all the kids... I might give them candy too, debatable Results Coming MañanaI'm too busy working on my Gandalf costume. Hipster Gandalf actually, because I don't feel like paying $20 for a "robe." I'm wearing a gray hoodie with jeans, beard and hat. My kid is going to be a hobbit. As geeky as this all sounds, its way more fun than waiting for results.
Lol. Guy with the law degree taking it really big picture. I'm hoping for a Republican president next major election, primarily for the party's military pay raise history.

Congress must approve the military pay raise that the President proposes based on the economic cost index determined by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. But I feel ya.
It's certainly looking like it will be a Republican majority in Congress after next week though. Whether that builds momentum for a republican in 2016 or not is sort of difficult to say. The other problem we have is that if Rand ends up being the Republican candidate, it really doesn't help our Navy prospects at all. Clinton may even end up being more hawkish than Rand.
