Your scores are almost identical to mine, 9/9/9/71, 3.79 BS Mech Eng, 288 PFT, no prior service or pilots license, good LORs but no military.
Sadly, I did't get selected because I couldn't get a tattoo waiver approved. 9 months of laser surgery didn't even help. After being turned down 3 times, I called the Navy recruiter. The rest, as they say, is history.
Heay, both your scores are about where mine were too - 9/9/9! Well, mine were 5/6/7 to be exact, but close enough right?
By the way, whats the secret to getting 9/9/9s...any hints?
