I’m only 62 credits through college, finishing soon hopefully. Going online college to get it done as fast as possible. Plan on submitting my package next July-August. So I’m not sure what my GPA is basically, fair to assume it’s good, I know my highschool GPA was 3.0+ lol. Don’t know if this matters but just incase I’m submitting for pilot.
wait...how do you not know what your GPA is? That's really easy to check. Also, you need to be a within one year out from graduation (90 credits or more) to be able to apply.

I used Sophia for my first half of college It’s the easiest thing to do while active duty for me personally. Unless you can check your current gpa on that, I’ll have to see but I’m not sure honestly. I don’t plan on submitting anything until I have my degree and everything I need anyway. Just doing whatever the chain of command recommends

I'm not too well versed on the active duty applicant side of things, but it sounds like a good plan. Like I said, your ASTB scores are really good so as long as your GPA is 3.0+ then you'll have no problem getting picked up. Best of luck and happy holidays!

Last thing of background info, my CO is an admiral and confirmed he would give me a recommendation letter, and I’m in the talks with some squadron COs to possibly get some from them, if that helps my chances at all.
The ASTB is the most important thing along with a GPA over 3.0, if you can make sure your GPA is over that then as someone on AD you can submit via AD ISPP which bypasses the board process as long as you need no waivers.

If you have waivers and need to go the board route your ASTB will be what gets you selected. Aviation relies heavy, very heavy on the ASTB and LOR's aren't looked at and carry little weight, unless you have a significant waiver and I hope you don't.

No waivers yet thankfully.

It’s close. Closer to a good low*. Just got back into running a few weeks ago because I messed up my ankle back in September/late august.
When I graduated (NOV24), they had just made Good Low the passing grade for the IST. Train to be better than that, and you're all set
