When I graduated (NOV24), they had just made Good Low the passing grade for the IST. Train to be better than that, and you're all set
I’m seeing conflicting information. On the sharepoint for the OCS guide you need a Sat medium for the IST and a good low for PRT.

I’m not saying one should, but someone earlier said that they were right around a good low, which would be okay for the IST.
They will always tell you not to aim for the mins.. throughout my entire career that’s all I’ve heard. If you workout regularly and don’t weigh a lot the PRT is cake honestly.

As a 31-year-old selected for SNA (without an age waiver, because I won’t need one if all goes well) who will turn 32 roughly 2 weeks after my scheduled OCS graduation date… do I need to be extremely worried about commissioning before turning 32, and thus need to avoid “rolling” during OCS at all costs?

As in, would my age and designator be considered, and they’d refuse to roll me back because it would mean commissioning past my 32nd birthday? Or is it more like (and this is obviously what I’m hoping for), once I’m officially in OCS and am tentatively “scheduled” to commission before turning 32, no one’s going to freak out if I get rolled and end up graduating a few weeks late?

I’m prior service and have some idea of what I’m getting myself into, so certainly plan on being part of the ~70% that gets through in the normal 13 weeks. But doing the arithmetic for the first time yesterday has me nervous now.

Tried to do my due diligence of searching the internet for a clear answer, preferably from an official Navy publication, but have come up short.

I can’t remember where, but I saw on another thread that RHC is done with now. If that’s the case I’m sure you shouldn’t have anything to worry about as long as you don’t get med rolled.

Knock on wood, even if that were the case I’m sure they wouldn’t have an issue granting you a waiver. The board should have been aware of your age and other varying factors when they selected you.

Take what I say with a grain of salt, I’m just a know nothing Ensign.

Yeah, depends what the command wants to do with RHC. I’d recommend coming in, in very good shape with a focus on HIIT workouts and running. The PRT was easier than RLP or any of the physical events that happened on Fridays, atleast for me.

For this section in Appendix D on the most recent OCR, will you need to be able to recall everything here verbatim or only specific portions?
