Supply SC Feb 17 selection board

You serious?

Also, it says on your profile you are 31. I am afraid you have already aged out. Current SC PA age policy is waiverable up to 31 IF you are AD or have prior service. If you are currently 31, you are unable to be commisioned by age 31 and therefore are ineligible. I wouldn't be surprised if your app has not already been tossed.
I am quite serious. That information is mostly correct. When you get a waiver from the CNP however it voids the PA of 31. There is plenty of gouge out there that I find hilarious. The board was suppose to convene on 20feb and due to the holiday was postponed. I was simply asking if anyone who was not active duty heard anything from their recruiters on the date it finally convened. I spoke with Paul Celestin yesterday in millington and he did not have the answer. I would appreciate professionalism. There is no need to embarrass yourselves even if this is a forum. Thank you all.

Interesting. Well, you learn something new everyday. You mind sending the official gouge that outlines the CNP waiver process and how it voids a designator's PA?
Thanks in advance.

In all my years I have seen exactly one (1) person who was over the age limit actually go to OCS, and it wasn't a person that was over the age limit at the board, they over-selected and halted SWO's from going to OCS, she aged out and because it was the USN that caused the issue she was given a waiver and allowed to go.

I had a Supply applicant that the board was pushed and she aged out, she was given a pro Y then was told later on she was over the age limit and it turned into a "N"

Just because the CNP allows you to go to board doesn't mean the board has to consider you if you are over the age limit by the PA.

If the board overlooks your age you at least have a good GPA.

FYI, the NRC processors are at the bottom of the chain at NRC, for the most part getting board info from them is like asking the E-3 mess crank what liberty ports you will be hitting on deployment, sometimes they will get it right, but often not.

CNP doesn't handle any waivers. With the exception of Pilot/NFO and SWO, the respective community handles the age waiver.

The PA has specifically stated max age of 29, up to 31 with prior service. Key word up to 31.

If you would like. Send me your navy email address and I will gladly send over his waiver.

I've been in contact with her. She said she hasn't seen anything but I might as well ask again
Awesome, thanks for the reply. Any info is always better than no info. Good luck to you, and I hope we find out soon. I texted my recruiter today, so I'll post if I hear anything.

Yeah..the results are definitely out...at least they are showing on my BOL. Non-Select again.

I'm sorry to hear about that, I wouldn't give up on anything though.

I'm new to this whole process as this is my first time applying for anything military related. Is the "BOL" something that only active duty members have access to?

Thanks

The Field hasn't received the results yet. They should arrive within the next day or so (assuming the active duty folks got their's today).
