I’ve been checking air warriors 42 times a day knowing nothing regarding our pro Rec status will be posted until at least Tuesday. I’m just nervous because I’ve been scrolling through some previous SWO boards within the last few years and some of them get notified over a month after the board date with selection rates that are pretty low but hopefully they will let us know soon with high selection rates

Don’t worry about the past. I know how hard this wait can be and how your mind can run away from you. When I finally got selected you would have thought I was a little school girl (jumping up and down with tears in my eyes) full disclosure I’m a cold hearted SUBMARINER, Steele ships and Iron men. Yours is coming, you have a solid package and you seemed competitive. Don’t stress the decision has already been made and I’m sure your name is on that list along with the rest

It's hard to say anything in the absolute, but I think it's highly unlikely.

Today is a federal holiday meaning military are off(most). They can access this online from home, but the likelihood of them having brought their laptop or wanting to take the time to is minimal.

I’m expecting it by Friday, but after this long weekend Tuesday/Wednesday has a high possibility . Whichever day the Admiral returns to work, it’s likely to be on their to-do list and isn’t something that will be forgotten about, so I’m sure when they are sitting down going through emails and other such things that will be one of the more simple tasks of the day to get knocked out, IMO. (Completely speculative)

Non-prior
OAR: 50
GPA: 2.88 business management/marketing
4 letters of rec (1 boss, 2 co-workers, 1 mentor that is prior service)
AGE:32
Applying for SWO
Have age exemption letter

Don’t worry about the past.

This. You never know what the Navy is thinking. You'll see that on random advancement quotas and stuff. For example, CTI1's (class2) where at a 75% advancement two cycles ago and then went to like 15% 6 months later. You just don't know.

Saying that though. The Navy on a whole is having a manpower surge based largely in part on Trump's desire for more ships in the active fleets. And SWO has had very...very good numbers.

If the final selection really hasn't been signed yet by the Admiral or whoever as mentioned earlier, I would expect them to probably be signed tomorrow and released to CO's and recruiters by around Thursday.
