And here I was thinking that it was when newly promoted officers celebrate their new found largess by getting all their closest friends drunk.
That's why I called it "Nontraditional"
Must be the "right spirit" and "non-offensive" wetting down. And I'm sure people are still allowed to sit it out so they're feelings don't get hurt.
