Guys, I'm posting this for situational awareness: If you are applying with ISPP, Paul will not only ask for your Flag Endorsement, but also a copy of your SF-86. It wasn't in the instructions he sent out, nor in PA-100F. He said that to me at the last minute, and I don't want you all to have the same experience.

So ask your Security Officer ahead of time for a copy so it's one less headache you and Paul have to deal with.

Happy to help! I'm submitting through regular OCS this time. My Admiral refused to make an endorsement. His admin team says he has only made 2 letters of recommendation in his whole career, and to wait until next quarter. It's better to just send it than to wait for him. Shit happens, but I'm not too bitter about it.
