He got ahold of me and said my package wasn't even reviewed just rejected immediately due to not having 2 waivers. I submitted hand written statements for the two waivers in question. Now I'm wondering if he even submitted the waivers or if they weren't followed up on. I asked multiple times if we were good to submit and we went line by line in the checklist. Apparently not...
The waivers will vary based on on what is needed, if the processors rejected due not having waivers your recruiter would or should have seen that, if it was rejected by the board he wouldn't know. NRC generally rubber stamps waivers so unless someone missed something big it could be the board saw waivers just rejected without reviewing.

Yea from what he told me the processors rejected it due to not having 2 waivers. He's reached out to the processor to verify if the 2 waivers were for the things I submitted statements for or if they were other waivers that were needed. But to my knowledge there were only 2 things I needed waivers for so that leads me to believe he possibly dropped the ball on getting them? Two waivers were 1) Overall GPA. I tried college 15 years ago and failed out horribly but when I finally went back I eventually graduated with 3.91 although my prior transcripts brought down my overall to a 2.94. 2) I had a prior DUI arrest almost 10 years ago but that was adjudicated through the Navy almost immediately because I owned up to it and told the truth about everything.
