Well no good deed goes unpunished. CO, XO, A-Nav and OOD all relieved. So much for being able to trust the equipment/publications given you by the military. Its still your fault if something goes wrong.

I feel for the OOD. I don't know if getting his pin before the grounding or at all would have been good or bad.
