What NRC considers competitive

Good evening, I'm wondering if someone can give me an idea of how competitive I am for Intel (PA108A):

Age 32
Currently enlisted Submariner (PO1) with 8 years in service
Undergrad GPA: 2.48
Masters GPA: 4.0
OAR: 51

Upchecks: Straight EP sailor for past 6 years (minus transferring), LPO at sea, SOY (you get it)
Downchecks/Hurdles: I'm one of the sailors whose PRIMS is messed up despite my CFL doing everything possible, so I'm missing FY22. Currently prescribed meds for ADHD.

Have you been physically qualified yet through N33? @FormerRecruitingGuru has a good point I have seen 2 cases personally where enlisted were found NPQ for officer programs but were found PQ for continued enlisted service.

Also, what’re some good letters of recommendation? I have 2 chiefs and a former state representative/pastor

I have a strong motivation statement and not worried about the physical side at all. What sort of “extras” look good? I’ve seen some volunteer work and job experience listed.

What are my chances of getting picked up for SNA Immediate Select for Navy OCS in 2025? What is the wait time like between putting in your packet and going to OCS?

Age: 26
3.3 GPA Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering
Prior-service Army Enlisted 68W (2016-2022) Got out of the IRR in 2024, so no need for conditional release
No drugs, no criminal history
Fully medically qualified (I've already done MEPS)
59 8/7/8 on the OAR/ASTB
I have ~4.5 flight hours, but I don't think my recruiter put that in the packet
