Possible... however given the equipment laying on the deck in the background, she appears to be either in the hangar area which is on the same level as the flight deck or in a breezeway. The first picture with the Safety O mentioned he was carrying her to the aircraft. It's always been my experience that you never load pax onto an aircraft before engine starts, but only once the props are spinning/rotors turning. :D

Kinda indicative of who is really doing the heavy lifting when USAF is shooting Navy helos (UH-60?...so Navy MCs aren't only ones who need remedial Recce) and Russian An-124s for their press releases.
