Was someone asking about workout training plans?

I follow a pretty traditional S&C program with Command PT 3 days a week.

If anyone is lost in the sauce hit me up and I can point you in the right direction.
Yeah I was just curious as to what everyone’s routine was. It sounds like we’ve got a pretty diverse group of fitness programs going on

Do any of you guys follow r/credibledefense? Someone recently posted an article covering the history and capability of Chinese air-to-air missiles. This is different from most of the stuff discussed on this thread, so I'm trying to gauge if there's interest for these types of topics here.

I've attached a link here for those who want to take a peak: https://www.reddit.com/r/CredibleDefense/comments/x5099d/a_guide_to_chinas_increasingly_impressive/
I don’t know much about Chinese weaponry, but I love the profile pic and username

I am only subbed to non-credible defense for the memes (mostly about Russia). Chinese kinetics, from what I hear, are actually quite advanced. The main issue they face is targeting, as the missile systems travel at such high speeds. Apparently they travel much further and faster than any missiles we possess (that aren't classified/in development)

Hi guys! I'm going to stop creeping and finally post on here.

I submitted my application for SNA/SNFO to the OCT board. I'm currently active duty (E5), and just recently found out that I may get picked up E6 this week. I had 4 missing award points on my profile sheet that brought me up to the minimum multiple required by 0.13 points. Hopefully the paperwork goes through and I promote.

Anyways, it's been a wild ride putting my application together. I've been barely making the minimums to get medically qualified and meet the requirements for my ASTB. I was too short (5"1) and had to come back 3 times to pass my BKL measurement. Fortunately, NAMI approved everything and I finally received an official "medically qualified" letter from them. As for my ASTB, I had to retake the test four times, got my last score voided, and tried again one last time.

I did not go through the ISPP Program. I actually had no knowledge about this until I got on Air Warriors. Wish I had known about this earlier. I'm extremely nervous about my ASTB score. I feel good about everything else on my application, except that. I've been FTS/TAR for about about
6.5 years now, 3 EPs (most recent), 4 Officer Appraisals ( 1 O6, 3 O5s), 2 LORs (1 E-9, 1 O4) and Outstanding PRTs. Regardless, my ASTB is extremely below average compared to most on the Excel Spreadsheet. Still hoping for the best!

Age: 24
ASTB: 50 5/5/6 (last attempt)
GPA: 3.83
Degree: B.S. Aeronautics
Prior Service: Yes
Waivers: No
Flight Experience: No

Good luck. I only recently learned about ISPP as well. Seems like a pretty sweet deal

Godspeed. Are you able to pivot to ISPP if you aren’t taken this way?

Your best bet and probably only bet for SNA is to go ISPP, 5 is a very low score for SNA but that 6 could get you SNFO.
