What kind of message does the Navy commercial send to thoes who have minivans, Navy is anti family?
O and we arent allowed to do any of thoes things in the Marine comercials once you join up, its too dangerous (except the lava monsters, we still get to fight them).
 
^ It's the power button on your television. It might take awhile to load, just sit there while it does and you'll see it eventually.
 
I like the USMC commercial where the guy climbs the rock face. Thought it was pretty cool. Music is good too. But the USN commercial about the minivan is priceless.

Maybe they know what they are doing after all-I hate the rock climbing ad. They are obviously not targetting me and my generation anymore. We went for the raw steel blacksmith forging a sword ad but maybe that wouldnt work on todays youth.
Thank god I dont work in advertising.

It's funny you say that cuz There's an F/a-22 driver from Nellis who goes to my Church... and He's got a Minivan...:icon_lol:
 
^ Rock ad = lame. I don't care if you can climb a big rock and then stare down a ghost, I'm much more interested in the fighting of lava monsters.

Also, I find the rock climbing in the ad to be more metaphorical, sort of a way to show the hard work and rewards that one should expect from joining the Corps. And on a similar note, does anybody else think that the Army commercials are getting better, from what they were a year ago?
