Is that how ORs are evaluated (by the number of applications they submit)?retest, it is very very rare for anyone to get picked up SNA with a 5, it sounds as if he or she is just trying to get you to submit so he or she looks good. If you do submit you are more than likely looking at August anyway, so by the time those results come out and you get a chance to retest you could be looking at early next year.
There are several factors but that has been one and each NRD can have their own factors. Is that how ORs are evaluated (by the number of applications they submit)?

I was going to wait to add my multi engine at the beginning of may and some additional flight hours, but i saw some of the comments and just sent an email to my recruiter about getting it in ASAP. I was told I have 6 months to reapply since getting denied in December, so hopefully we can get it in soon.Good luck man. Have you submitted?

Ethnicity is not consider on selection, it is only used as a data point on the back end.My recruiter told me to get some mentoring and rec letters from some high up officers, and that my ethnicity would be changed to Hispanic for this round. (Cuban last name) I’m assuming due to low gpa and a legal waiver.
I sure hope it’s submitted in time. I’m going to be working on making sure it’s submitted in time first thing tomorrow.
Thanks
What about sex out of curiosity?Ethnicity is not consider on selection, it is only used as a data point on the back end.

What was the legal waiver for if you don't mind sharing? My recruiter told me to get some mentoring and rec letters from some high up officers, and that my ethnicity would be changed to Hispanic for this round. (Cuban last name) I’m assuming due to low gpa and a legal waiver.

Public Intox + disorderly conduct. from 7-8 years ago. No issues since. What was the legal waiver for if you don't mind sharing?
It depends on what the issue is, but you will get an opportunity to choose another job, if you don't like what is available then you can go home.I had a quick question that just came to mind and I figured I’d ask it in here.
Since the flight physical doesn’t happen until after selection and after completion of OCS, if they find something that medically disqualifies a Pilot candidate from flight duties that wasn’t necessarily disqualifying at MEPS, does the candidate have the option to choose another officer job (like Intel or SWO) and continue down that path? Or would they have to go back to the beginning and restart the entire selection process over again and apply to another board etc.?
I've been medically qualified but this scares me. I 100% would take another designator offered to me though. It depends on what the issue is, but you will get an opportunity to choose another job, if you don't like what is available then you can go home.
