Not sure what you mean. Each cell has different colors based on the respective averages that it is comparing itself to. For instance, if your GPA is below average GPA from the top of the sheet, your cell will not be green

Looks like those at board have the entire row turn light green. Once Pro-Rec Y, the entire row turns a brighter shade of green.

Since the board can meet anytime after having the at-board list, can we start the countdown till pro-rec results? I think it took the May board about a month to get theirs.
