Anyone have any updates on the board if it’s open for all packages not just bdsp or isel(from their recruiters)?
according to my recruiter this is the first board to begin filling FY26 SNA/SNFO quotas...so open to everyone.

I believe several posted they had OCS dates that will put them in FY 26 spots.

There is what the schedule says and what actually happens, those two things are often not the same.

Are you definitely confirmed for this board (you’re in bdsp right?)? Is anyone non-bdsp/isel told they were a definite?
Yes, I am a BDCP applicant. I was told that my application has been sent and will be reviewed at this (03MAR) board.

That’s reassuring, makes me wonder/worry why my recruiter is getting different information.
Your recruiter is probably looking at total billets available for FY 26 and how many have already been filled, unfortunately many recruiters don't utilize all the resources they have at their fingertips.

Can you explain this more please? My recruiter is saying they get notified by region and they’re taking orders from NRC, and don’t go off the list as it’s made by the program manager(?)

Recruiters have access to a lot of things dealing with recruiting, recruiters can also do the bare minimum and not utilize all the sources they have available just waiting for info to be put out to them whenever that happens.

Recruiters can see how many spots are available for selection, how many spots are available for shipping, how many have been filled for the FY's and how many are still available.

Alright, what can I do about it? What sources can I potentially point them towards, where we might be able to get some clarity? If they’re looking at total billets available for FY 26 and how many have already been filled, is there something else other recruiters are doing/know they have access to? Admittedly, my recruiter is very new, they started around the same time I went to apply.

Nothing, technically he or she isn't doing anything wrong. It won't change your chances, it might help him communicate better with candidates but that also isn't something he is doing wrong, just could be better.

How are you scores? My recruiter basically said if my scores weren’t good he wouldn’t be pushing me through because he said there was some score threshold or something to apply for this board. Not sure if that’s true or not just what i’ve been told.

What I heard from the head of my recruiting office was this board is for BDSP and ISEL only. They’re gonna send an email up the chain of command but it is almost certainly a definite no. Even if your package is submitted it won’t be looked at for this board. Regular boards will probably be opened up in May. Good luck to all whenever it may be!
