Good evening
I understand that this board was only for I-sel and BDCP but for all of the other applicants out there has anybody had their recruiter confirm that the May board will be open?

I’ve had my recruiter confirm may board will be open for all applicants. Also, has anyone been picked up for I-SEL NFO. From what I’m seeing OCS dates are in July ? If that is the case then someone who has SNA 1 and NFO 2 would it be worth it to wait if there is no immediate ship out dates to OCS before may board

I got ISEL NFO and OCS in July. If SNA is what you want to do, then I’d try and get that regardless of the ship time. Although by the time the May board meets and you get selected the dates could be even further out, it really just depends. Just go for what you would enjoy doing

Just some advice, if you want SNA, then put only SNA on your package. If you put SNA and SNFO on there, you are most likely getting NFO

Anyone else heard this ? The May board is open to all applicants ? Also is this the board that convenes in May or the board whos deadline is in May and convenes in June ?

I got ISEL NFO and OCS in July. If SNA is what you want to do, then I’d try and get that regardless of the ship time. Although by the time the May board meets and you get selected the dates could be even further out, it really just depends. Just go for what you would enjoy doing

This is great thank you ! if any other SNFO ISEL applicants have an OCS date please share. Both jobs are amazing in their own ways

I just got SNA and my OCS date is in august, I got picked through BDCP but i know a guy who got picked through I-SEL right after me and his is the same date.
