Just wanted to start a thread for upcoming board with stats. First time applying:

AD 10 years
3.93 GPA BA Business
60 OAR
2 LORs
3 EP evals
Curious on other stats?

Those Stats look pretty good. What ranks are your LOR. I was selected under supply with 9 years TIS 2 LORs 4 appraisals, 47 OAR

O6 and O4. My appraisals are O6 & O5 1520 des; O4 3100 des. He was the OIC over here in Mayport though.

Too many service members commission and only serve 10 years as an officer and retire as an O3-O4. Leaving a hole of O3-O5s in the fleet.

3x O5 (Submarine Officers)
1x O4 (Supply Officer)
1x CWO4 (Gunner)

I would say you have more than enough appraisals. I only have 3 appraisals and one is a 3100 the other two are 1520s lol
