How long is the wait to ship to OCS right now?
I got selected a few weeks ago, as of now my ocs date is august 10 but i’m also finishing my degree still so ymmvHow long is the wait to ship to OCS right now?
Im not really sure how they are doing it, I didn’t specifically apply for ISEL but that’s what I got selected for based on the selection memo I got. Kinda strange. So basically anything can happen. If I put earliest ocs date as August 1 does that mean I won’t be applying through immediate selection even with immediate selection scores?
dumb question but what does ISEL mean?Unless you're ISEL, March board was canceled. Check first page for the image of the March boards.
Oh thank God, you had me blowing up my recruiters phone lol. I am still on the board then. Thank you for the clarification.Immediate select. Basically means you will be considered immediately if you meet some criteria. More info for SNA/SNFO here: https://www.mynavyhr.navy.mil/Portals/55/Career/OCM/PA-106_OCS_Pilot_and_NFO_Nov-2023.pdf
This got posted in the March Board discussion. Can anyone shed light to it?
I see it says the June Board for Pilot is canceled unless your ISEL. I guess it’s impossible to tell what’s going to happen. I wonder if people graduating from the Naval Academy and ROTC are going to fill up pilot slots even more for fy26. Feels like it’s been since last September since there was an open board that took a lot of people that weren’t ISEL.What exactly are you trying to ask? If board dates get changed? That sheet is meant to be internal just because 98% of applicants have no idea what it fully means or entails.
