All I can say is it’s a total crapshoot sometimes. I’ve seen people with great stats get passed over, I’ve seen others that had not so great stats get picked.

I think they sit in a room and throw a dart at our application and that’s how we get selected.

that makes me feel a little better! I’m hoping they’ll want some more diversity in their selection. ?

This might be the most diverse thread I’ve ever seen tbh for Intel. I think there are more female applicants than usual! I counted 5 for this cycle in this thread alone.

Scooter is my cats name but I feel like it sounds more like a guy lol. I mean he's a boy so makes sense ?‍♀️
