I just got a call from enlisted side that’s been trying to recruit me telling me that the list is out and then I did not make it

Well that sucks! It’s 1500 on a Friday here in Va Beach so if my recruiter has a list I still won’t know till Monday

??might be a tactic. I do prior service recruiting.

They gave me a name and everything saying that their friend who is chief officer recruiter told me

“Chief xyz just got back to me and said you didn’t get selected, she works with xyz location officer recruiting - and she told me so are you interested i coming in today and getting going?”

If this is bull, that is so shady and messed up. The fact that they name dropped and everything.

If there’s no list, and they’re actively trying to recruit you, then it sounds like they might be trying to trick you into enlisting.

I just called them back and they gave me the chiefs number and it’s went to voicemail. Weird.

Want to know how a recruiter is lying to a potential recruit? Their lips are moving. ?

After they saw my 99 ASVAB they tried 7 ways to Sunday to get me to go NUKE, even telling me that there were no other options available!

I finally told them to stop calling me unless they were ready to start the PSSQ for the rate I wanted.

Well I’ve got a few minutes and I know everyone is paying attention now…should I not be selected…any leads on likely hood of CTI out there? I have a 118 DLAB score (from 2012, but I could retake). Just throwing an idea out there, seems like a lot of people with recruiting experience, so I’m wondering…

Adding of course that I’m prior service, and know recruiters always look at me with side eye…

Oh man 100% I asked them what system they had used to verify and he couldn’t confirm. Then I pushed and said I was only interested in Intel if I do enlist - told me my rate wouldn’t affect the outcome of my job and that I should just pick whatever is available when processing.

I swear to god, if the reason I found out I didn’t get pick was from a thirsty recruiter I’m gonna be mad.
