07NOV2022 INTEL BOARD

DLAB is certainly expired. 100% advancement for Russian linguists from E-4 to E-5, and pretty high for Chinese linguists. Almost certain to pull CTI at MEPS. Consider CTN. They have 100% advancement through E-5 and super-high up to E-6. And CT rates are sure path into the IC so enhance your future opportunities at higher levels of IC.

Oh man 100% I asked them what system they had used to verify and he couldn’t confirm. Then I pushed and said I was only interested in Intel if I do enlist - told me my rate wouldn’t affect the outcome of my job and that I should just pick whatever is available when processing.

I swear to god, if the reason I found out I didn’t get pick was from a thirsty recruiter I’m gonna be mad.
I feel you, that’s jacked up!

Well I’ve got a few minutes and I know everyone is paying attention now…should I not be selected…any leads on likely hood of CTI out there? I have a 118 DLAB score (from 2012, but I could retake). Just throwing an idea out there, seems like a lot of people with recruiting experience, so I’m wondering…
If you are prior service, we are only taking applicants who already CTIs with specific languages, unfortunately. Now, if you were to come in as a different intel rate you could potentially cross rate once you are back in.

I wish you were in Maryland, I would take care of ya! I don't play those NC games. Especially with Prior Service applicants, they know better. Career NC's don't like my tactics, but they work. I was top ten in the nation for prior service recruiting two years in a row without the sketchy stuff

So I have some more tea. I called an officer recruiter in a nearby city and asked and they said the lists aren’t out anywhere. She was going to check with the assessors, but I’m not even sure what that entails? @kjcuti
